Children and young adults who are experimented on with puberty blockers (given to them when they are healthy and normally developing prepubescents), experimental cosmetic surgery (removing the regenerative organs, removing healthy breasts, penises, testicles, vaginas, ovaries) and "sculpting" parts out of random pieces of human flesh and tissues, loading minors whose bodies and brains are still developing with cross sex hormones are being rendered sterile. They are rendered incapable of reproducing. The quality of their lives and their health, physical and psychological, and longevity are also being severely impacted.
Cosmetic surgery may be able to change the shape of your nose, change the shape of your eyes and chin, shave your brow ridge and Adam's apple, give you bigger breasts but it cannot manufacture a functioning penis or vagina. Your sex is encoded in every cell of your body.
The medical profession and Big Pharma convincing at risk and vulnerable MINORS that they can give them a functioning vagina or penis, manufacture their flesh into a replica of the opposite sex, is the most egregious case of medical malpractice i have ever heard of this side of the medical experimentation and outright torture and murder through this experimentation that went on in the Nazi concentration camps.
Happening here, now. indefensible and yet, they/them persist. And hapless seals clap their flippers in yelping ecstatic approval.
And the law so far largely declines to intervene.
The roots in the 20th- 21st centuries of such ethics- devoid, Frankenstein experimentation on human subjects is Nazi Germany and the doctors who experimented on concentration camp inmates. The Nazi ideology was steeped in racism and eugenics was always central to their vision of their particular new world order- the 3rd Reich. The extermination camps were a vehicle to eliminate- via an industrialized containment and killing process- populations they considered subhuman and inferior. To these ends, they even experimented with various methods of sterilization- upon the bodies of female prisoners.
Big Pharma in Germany funded and supported the experimentation programs in the concentration camps on unwilling, involuntary subjects, prisoners. Data obtained in these experiments- and including anatomical specimens- were used in schools and by drug companies and doctors and researchers well after the end of the War, post-Nuremberg trails and into the present.
Alternately the Nazis set up breeding facilities (in Germany and Norway) using SS officers and Nordic women to increase the population of Aryan babies to replace their fallen pure blood soldiers and to replace the "cleansed", eradicated populations (called the Lebensborn program. Anni-frid Lyngstad of ABBA fame was a Lebensborn baby.)
Within the concentration camps, there were also experiments conducted with artificial insemination so as to aid the racially pure unable to naturally conceive a child could still contribute to the Reich’s encouraged and engineered baby boom - because :

Indeed, they even experimented to determine the most effective killing processes to be used in their eugenics based program of genocide- beginning with the Aktion T-4 which used German doctors to essentially murder "useless eaters"- the elderly, the infirm, the mentally ill, the developmentally disabled, those with genetic disorders, those confined to institutions.Injections, starvation, trucks and vans with the exhaust piped into the back were used. Eventually, the use of gas proved to be the most effective, cheapest, and least stressful (for the killers) means to their end.
Great lovers of science and technology, the Germans...
Assuming all doctors are ethical and genuinely concerned for the welfare of their patients is deeply naive and does not honestly consider human nature and its capacity for evil. Even the American doctors who participated in the so-called "doctor's trial" at Nuremberg and considered themselves ethical devotees to the Hippocratic oath of first doing no harm balked at the application of Nuremberg Code to their own sweet selves:
"In 1973 [Leopold] Alexander sent a letter to the New England Journal of Medicine32 questioning the applicability of judge-made ethics rules like the Nuremberg Code to his own research. He used the Nuremberg War Crimes Trial (the so-called Big Trial) to stand for the proposition that doctors should not be compelled to follow the laws of the state. He was particularly dismayed that the state of Massachusetts had limited the number of electroconvulsive treatments a psychiatric patient could get in a calendar year to 35, a rule designed to protect the rights and welfare of psychiatric patients. He wrote, “Such temporal laws, in comparison to our Hippocratic obligation, enduring throughout the entire history of medicine, are merely words into sand.”
Absolutely nothing was learned from the rise and fall of Nazi Germany.
