The guy is called jeremy beadle..he was some tv show host and did a show for many years called "Beadles about" which was him setting up members of the public in pranks while filming them so that the whole of the UK could feel better about themself on a satuday afternoon...he has one normal hand and the other is a little claw..nothing wrong with that..apart from the fact that hes a cunt so we all laugh at him :)
