Summary: Ryeowook was just missing his hyung… Kyuhyun was there to cure his love sickness.
On the windy balcony, Ryeowook was sitting on the wooden brown bench. Ryeowook was feeling dejected, he stare at the dull, boring sky. He felt his heart being clenched up again. The pain of missing someone was coming back… He gripped one part of the shirt tightly that was in front of his heart. The pain was nearly unbearable. He closed his eyes and prayed for a special someone’s safety.
“Wookie.” Ryeowook quickly looked up and put on his fake smile to smile at his umma. He didn’t want anyone to be worried about him right now… Having to worry for three members were enough for them… They don’t need a fourth one to add on the stress.
“Yes, hyung?” he used his mostly lively tone he able to produce to reply his lovely umma. He looked slowly into Leeteuk’s eyes, his expression was kind of bitter. Leeteuk could read Ryeowook like an opened book. He knew that Ryeowook felt lonely and dejected without him by his side. He just knew exactly how Ryeowook felt, because he felt it all during Kangin absent. He was in the dorm while Kangin was in somewhere safe. At least Leeteuk was much older and stronger but Ryeowookie was still young and doesn’t really know how to handle this kind of feelings.
“Wookie… It’s okay to show your feelings to your umma… ” He came and sat beside his lonely and heartbroken dongsaeng. Leeteuk looked at Ryeowook’s fragile face and started caressing his bangs. He shifted his bangs aside so that he would be able to see his tearing eyes.
“Don’t keep hiding your feelings…You know you will only feel much worse like that.” Ryeowook just hugged his knees and buried his face on his legs. He kept repeating in his mind… I won’t cry… I won’t be a burden to Super Junior. It only accumulated more and more tears in his eyes.
“You know, I could always lend you my shoulder.” Ryeowook just burst into tears and hugged his umma tightly. Right now, he was like a lost kid who had just found his mommy. Leeteuk just patted on his back and calms him down. He was kind of glad that Kyuhyun wasn’t at home right now or there will be just another member break down. Why must there be a complicated love triangle?
An hour of non-stop crying, Leeteuk’s shirt was wet and Ryeowook was just sobbing a little. They had broken off from the hug. Leeteuk’s gaze was gentle, just like a mother. This always makes Ryeowook felt safe and secure with Leeteuk.
“Than…Thanks, hyung…” Ryeowook just wrapped his arms around his leg and rest his chin on his knees. He continue stare at the dark sky, there were a lot of stars tonight shinning in the dark sky.
“Don’t you want to sleep? Don’t tired out yourself.” His innocent eyes just stared at his umma and give an assuring smile. Leeteuk knew that he won’t be able to persuade him to get some rest, after all, Ryeowook was at his rebellious stage of his life. Leeteuk just left the balcony, but still he can’t leave a heartbroken member all alone. The sound of unlocking the door was heard. Leeteuk could see a glimpse of hope.
“Hyung, I’m home.” A tired looking Kyuhyun was standing at the door, Leeteuk quickly ran to him.
“Kyuhyun-ah, can you take care of Wookie? He is still upset about the fact that…” Kyuhyun placed a finger on his lips, signaling his hyung to stop talking. Ryeowook could overhear their conversation and the name will only make Ryeowook to be more heartbroken. Now, it wasn’t a good time to mention his name.
“Hyung, just get some rest. I will take care of Ryeowookie.” Leeteuk gave a hopeful look to Kyuhyun. It now all up to Kyuhyun now. Kyuhyun put down his bag and stuff on the sofa and went in to take a blanket that was enough for two. He sat beside Ryeowook and covered him and himself with the blanket. Ryeowook was surprised at first but adjusted himself until he was comfortably resting his head on Kyuhyun’s shoulder.
“Thanks… Kyu…” Both of them quietly stare at the silent sky.
“Wookie, do you know that the stars could hear our heart?”
“Yeah, my mom told me before.” A soft reply from his Hyung.
“Do you know why there are so many stars?”
“No. Why?”
“It is because they could hear that you are crying inside your heart. They are all here to cheer you up. So, cheer up a little.”
“…” It was another loud silence.
“My mom told me once before, if you sincerely wish to the stars, they will be able to hear it. Then, they will make your wish come true.” Ryeowook face lightens up a little.
“Really? You are not lying to me?” Kyuhyun just laughed.
“No, I’m not lying.” Ryeowook sat up quickly, interlock both of him hands together, closed his mesmerize eyes and started praying. What Kyuhyun could do now was just to stare at his love and forever make this moment as a precious memory that he will never forgot and will always keep it inside his heart.
At the moment, Ryeowook was just praying for his hyung safety.
“I wish that Hangeng gege will come back to hug me again.”
