the palm pilot
okay, i no longer love my Palm. i was in the middle of reading khohen1 's 2am last night (or, rather, this morning) and my Palm froze.
yes, i still use a Palm. mostly for reading downloaded fic now and playing music to lull me to sleep since my phone can do most of my personal organization, but i still use it.
anyway, it froze, and i reset it, and it proudly annouced that it could not recognize the memory card in my Palm. which is such bullshit and completely horrific because hi, i have a lot of stuff on it? like, a lot of fic and music files downsampled for my Palm that i can't transfer over any more because my Palm's cradle isn't working so good any more. and neither the Windows PC or Mac will read the card now.
i guess deciding to move all of my data over to a flash memory card because it's supposed to be safer really wasn't a great desicion. great. this is just what i need.
