I've grown inspired.
I used to be a little annoyed at LJ having been bought out and kinda commercialized but it seems that it's still the same-old, just with some ads and more features.

I am re-joining the LJ community under my favorite user name for awhile now. God knows I change them up like I change my socks. So the name's
dimmer_star. I don't know where I came up with that name, but I had to break free from foxglove awhile back, because that was a boyfriend-given nickname and this one is... me. I won't be deleting this one at all, I sorely regret having deleted maniclise. I like seeing how I've changed for better, for worse...
Anyway, tune in if you're interested. I'll return the favor.
We had our one-and-only trick or treater - a 9th grader from Dan's spanish class. I peered behind my front door, cracked open an inch. It was 11:00 for god's sake! It was not a rapist. Phew. He said he snuck out to trick-or-treat because his mom didn't want him to go - there's been some pervert driving around, staring at kids lately. So I blame our total lack of kids coming by on that fact alone. It's a shame - my mom was all into it this year. Hell, if it would have made her happy, I'd have put on my slutty German beermaid outfit I wore to Lou's party and come to the door saying "Trick or Treat." I'm sure it wouldn't be the same. So I'll just steal from the cauldron with the candy bags. lol.
