In which the merits of Paid/Plus accounts are contemplated
According to the LJ Account comparison thingy, Plus accounts are allowed to create/use custom mood themes.
Right?
Well... from the last time I attempted to create a mood theme, let's just say actually clicking the create button after defining a picture for all the moods... returns me to an absolutely unoriginal Create A Custom Mood Theme screen with absolutely nothing new on it.

I'm a Plus account user, btw.
So... to get a paid account or not? At just under 19$USD for 12 months, it's not a bad deal (~1.5$USD a month?) and custom mood themes like this utterly heart stopping Heartless theme by

But I'm on a Plus account.
I SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO USE CUSTOM MOOD THEMES!
