In which I have returned from Fanime
Back from Fanime (well, as of yesterday), which was fun as usual. I spent a lot of money on plushies, especially Kyou Kara Maou ones. List of shwag is as follows:
- KKM Gunther and Gwendal maid outfit plushies
- KKM Yuri sheep costume plushie
- Nana "Hachi" plushie (she has ears and a tail and it's sooooo cute)
- Kingdom Hearts Kairi trading arts figure (one booth was actually opening the gashapon boxes so I was able to get the one I wanted without any hassle! woots)
- Genshiken gashapon of Saki and Kousaka (Kousaka is playing video games on a folding chair and Saki-chan is either hugging his neck or trying to strangle him, I haven't decided yet)
- School Rumble Tenma-chan chibi keyring thingie (eeeee so chibicute~)
I would take pictures of shwag but am filled with lazy~ Also, yes chibi_death, I will post pictures of my Gojyo cosplay but first I must obtain said pictures from mareimbrium or onigiri or ampersand. *hinthint* The best picture, I already know, will be the one of me harassing onigiri in her schoolgirl uniform, bwahahaha.
While in San Jose I finished Kingdom Hearts 2 finally and picked up a copy of Chain of Memories, which I guess got a repricing and reissue because now I'm seeing it everywhere for $20. I was afraid that I would completely suck at stupid card battle system but it hasn't been too bad so far. I did have to start a world over because Hades was kicking my ass so bad that I decided to screw it and come back to do Olympus Coliseum later. :p Now I've done all the worlds I can do right now except for Olympus Coliseum, so I anticipate that tomorrow playing the game will be filled with much frustration.
I haven't figured out what costumes I'm going to make for Anime Expo yet. This is something I must ponder very deeply, yesyes.
