Oh, how I love my new computer. The only thing I have yet to do is play World of Warcraft on it, which I will probably do at some point this weekend if I can. I have a feeling it will involve a lot less lag than I'm used to. Droooool.
I've still been playing a bit of Phantom Brave. The fusion system is interesting, although I can't really see how it's useful unless the things you're fusing are at their max levels and they have a lot of mana. If you have those things, then I can see how it would be insane. Also, it seems like the game is extremely level-up intensive, which is okay for me. I constantly feel like I need to make more characters, though, because I never really have enough to choose from.
AND.
padraiceen picked up We Love Katamari for me yesterday and brought it in to me today. SO MUCH CRACK. I love it. I think my favorite level so far is the sweets one. XD
amberjewel liked the underwater one.
Bought translated Death Note. I wish they'd used a different font for the Shinigami all the time, but I didn't find anything to complain about just flipping through it. Of course, I haven't actually read it yet... even so, it's just so nice to have a copy of one of my favorite manga in a language I can actually understand (yeah, I understand some Japanese, but I guarantee you it would take me about two seconds for me to get completely lost reading Death Note). [Edit- Okay, after reading it, I see that apparently they did use a different font for the Shinigami, it's just fairly similar to the normal font, so I didn't notice at first. I'm quite happy with it, overall. (: ]
Activities Expo was yesterday. Spent four hours mostly sitting at the anime club table while wearing my School Rumble costume, which actually got a few compliments. Don't really expect that outside of cons. I did get one guy on the street who looked at me real funny, though; he did the whole look-up-and-down-at-with-large-head-movement thing.
I really should read for my architecture class. :p
