WARNING: THIS ENTRY HAS MANY SPOILERS AND IT MIGHT KILL MOST OF YOU WHO HATES SPOILERS.

Ohisashiburi desu!

It's been so long since I've written anything on my personal space for LJ. I seriously don't have the time. Even if I do have the time, I'm too occupied with many other unimportant matters. Anyway, I thought (after a loooooong time) I'd like to make an entry on Summer Anime 2010!!
It's been that long eh? The last entry was about "How I can't hardly wait for my internet to be hooked up before I can download Spring Anime.... O_O.

Ok. Here goes. This Summer, I've been watching quite a number of titles. Most of the animes are censored compared to what's actually in the manga. Maa, it's policy I guess. But seriously, sometimes we just have to wait patiently for the uncensored version to be out. Patience is virtue people!

As for the subbers (Itsumo, arigatou gozaimasu. Otsukare-san!) I realized that there are a lot of subbers working on the same project this season. You know, usually you'd only see 2-3 subbers working on a title. This time, it's like 8-9 subbers working one 1 anime. O_O. But as usual, you have to be loyal to the ones you always rely to. Sometimes, we tend to complain that the subs are fairly inaccurate. (Just because we understand some Japanese, doesn't mean we're pros. So just shut up and watch! hahaha.) Therefore, the many versions of subs we have, the more options of better subtitles we get. Therefore, there's no complain there. And it's totally good to learn from it! If you think it's inaccurate, then find it urself and sub it urself! hahaha!! But the most tragic thing is when the fansub that you like the most dropped the project. (NOO!!!!!! Okay, let's not point fingers to anyone. >:P )

Anyway, this entry has not been proof-read. So, who cares about grammar! LOL.  Here We GO!

Sengoku Basara II:
"RETS PARTEY GAIZ", "PUT YOUR GUNS ON", "KRAZY NO YARO DA ZE" are some of my favourites quotes from the lovely Masamune-sama. Of course, not forgetting, "OYAKATA-SAMAAAAA", Yukimura's infamous quote. Uwahahhaa!!! Why must this be the first to be reviewed? Because I've been waiting for this anime right after they announced there was going to be a second season after the end of the first season and of course, Date Masamune! Eventhough, this is not the first Summer Anime 2010 that I watched. Hanbei's appearance totally made SenBasa anime MOE. The cross-masked and the lipstick on a male, come on. Seriously, the anime version is totally MOE-er compared to the game version. LOL! I mean, I love the MOE aura from Yukimura! He's just, too cute!! I also realized, Nakapan's voice is a bit different compared to when he did Date Masamune in the first season. It's more.... sore? * shrugs *.
By the way, I've only watched up to the 3rd episode. Yes, Kojurou was kidnapped by Hanbei the pervert. The look on Masamune-sama's face when he got the news of Kojurou's kidnapping. Priceless. LOL! I miss the dancing warrior troops though. Oh! I forgot to mention something. I think I'm beginning to like Maeda Keiji <3 Uhu~

Kuroshitsuji II:

This. THIS. THIIIISS!!! Totally unacceptable! Hahahaha!!! When the first raw was out and about, I was watching it with Haha-ue. (and as usual, i became the translator). I totally was looking forward to the Trancy team since for the longest time, the heat was totally on Kuroshitsuji II: New butler and master. The promo vids were all about The Trancy Household. Everything was Trancy-cated. Nevertheless, my love for the Phantomhive and their butler never dies. I ALMOST didn't want to watch Kuroshitsuji II because:
1) I don't like megane-chara
2) I don't like megane-chara
hahahaha!!! Regardless of the megane-chara factor, I still wanted to watch because Claude Faustus's character is voiced by Takahiro Sakurai.
As I was happily accepting the fact that I'm never going to see my favourite manslut a.k.a Sebastian Michaelis anymore, he suddenly reappeared with the handsomest dramatic entry in the first episode, cloaked in a long jacket and a tophat, carrying a suspicious luggage (which contains hazardous item: Ciel Phantomhive!). There! I DIED!
But I'm still confused with the current flow of the story. If we take it as "Ciel died in the first seasond but his soul was not "devoured" by Sebastian, yet he was re-lived (?) in the second seasond and has no memory at all of what happened before, then,... then...?? then? I guess we'll just have to watch further more....

P/s: to the author, Yana. This is seriously not good for the heart. XD

High School of the Dead (HOTD) a.k.a Gakuen Mokushiroku:

Seriously, this is not one of the anime that I was looking forward to this summer. But it appears that this anime was totally awesome! It's totally gruesome! Grotesque! And the word "Satsugai" totally fit it! Hahaha!! I didn't read the manga so I actually don't really know what the story was all about but, after watching the first episode, I totally want to watch more. The fact that the zombie situation suddenly occured in the middle of the afternoon with no further reasoning is totally mysterious. Imagine this: you're sighing about how much your life sucks and then suddenly a zombie appeared in front of the school gate. And then the whole school went berserk. Only you and a few friends survived, not knowing if your family is still alive, not knowing what actually happened, and the only thing to do is to survive.
Dramatic much? Yeah, this is a must watch!

Mitsudomoe:

Hahaha!! Omg, this one is totally hilarious! At first, I was comtemplating on whether I should watch it or not. Basically, it's about this troublesome triplet and their life at school and their classmates and this one male teacher who always had hard times dealing with those 3.
The first sister, Mitsuba is a sadist and is very mischievous. The second sister Futaba, is a total airhead, the strongest and is obsessed with boobs! wahahhaa!! The third sister, my favourite, Hitoha, is the quietest and full of mystery. She always have this straight face and is always seen carrying/reading a book (which actually has ero-content). XD
Above all, this anime is totally hilarious! If you need a good laugh after a loong day at work, Watch This!

Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi:

At first I thought this is some kind of boring anime that you only watched when you seriously have nothing else to watch BUT! I was totally wrong, Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi is totally hilarious and somehow it has taken to my liking! The characters line up of the Otogi-Bank members are just those you rarely find in other animes (IMHO, of course). My favourite characters are of course the main character which is the supershy Ryoshi! and the cassanova Urashima Tarou and his Otohime. :D
But the less known but most impressive is the president. hahahaha!!
Btw, the opening theme for this anime is by May'n. (yeay!!!)

Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu (The Legend of the Legendary Heroes):

First of all ( I have to say this), the opening theme totally suits this anime! hahaha.. (yeah, I downloaded it). Somehow, I view it as the same as those RPG-like anime, but I'm sure there are more to it. I'm still looking forward to understand it more. Btw, I'm watching it because of FukuJun.

Shi Ki:

A vampire-themed anime. These few early episodes haven't revealed much of what actually is the real happening in the village of Satoba. Also, they haven't really revealed much of Yuuki Natsuno's character.
So far, after watching a few episodes, it's totally about the many mysterious deaths in the village, which they currently take it as summer cold. But of course, we all know the newly moved family are vampires.
P/s: No. I haven't heard Gackt's voice yet. hahahaha!!

Nurarihyon no Mago:

I've always been curious about the manga and I've always wanted to read them. BUT! I've never had the time to because I know, once I start reading, I won's stop. And then when the next scanlation is late, I'll be cursing like a fish. So I decided to watch the anime first after I got the news that Nurarihyon no mago was announced to be animated. Totally intriguing. Maybe the fact that the main character has multiple personality (and is voiced by Fukuyama Jun~ Hyan~ <3) that I really was into it.
I am, in love with heroes that are byronic or with multiple personalities. La la la la... First, of course, Night Rikuo reminded me of Onime No Kyo. XD Is it the hair? Or the Yukata? Or the eyes? Saa.... Or maybe because he is a Youkai? Totally interesting. And a must watch!
Self-reminder: Please start reading the manga, Aki!

Occult Academy:

Hmm... I was looking forward to this one. But somehow, it's a turn down. For me, these few early episodes were no appealing at all. Maybe the first one was okay. I'm still giving hope to this one. I know somehow it will get better.
