So Wednesday, Governor Scott announced his budget plan for the state of Florida for 2012. He'd passed a law that has since been suspended for potentially violating the Fourth Amendment (illegal search and seizure): requiring welfare recipients to take a $30 out-of-pocket drug test before receiving their money.

So, at the presentation, Aasif Mandvi of The Daily Show did this.
