It may be unwise of us to use what stocks we have rashly, or to any excess, but Myhrta and Thereth both made prudent suggestions. Now that the housing is notably more secure, thanks to the efforts of the community, we may serve newcomers better by ensuring they are provided with basic supplies and a more composed welcome. Some arriving here quickly find people that they know and can trust - others are not so lucky.

The idea of a seperate welcome committee was proposed, and personally, I support the idea as one beneficial to the community. It would, however, require a group of individuals willing to perform such a duty.

[There's a note of indulgence draped in that name, not too dissimilar from how one might talk to a young child. Nigh on imperceptibly, his smile changes, flickers into something different. The polite, friendly manner is still there, the faint twist of warmth, and yet it becomes diamond edged - a little sharper, a little colder, a lot more brilliant.]
