With enough light I may be able to help, though without it possibly not so much. Architectural planning might prove me more useful!

Why... With magic of course! It's what I'm a Professor of after all, Light Magic! Actually, I'm quite good. Trouble is, the sun here isn't too bright, so my magic is not nearly as strong as it shoudl be.

In any case yes, though to produce light from something other than the sunshine is a feat in itself, do you not agree?

I'm afraid I know little of... schools of magic, professor, which is evidently what you are referring to. Chemically, it may be easy, but I cannot speculate otherwise.
