saying goodbye is hard to do but yet so easy
i have to say that i'm feeling kind of down right now. Today will be the last day i step foot in my chinese class ever again. I love taking chinese here at UC because professors like Jade Lin are hard to come back. I'm just hoping that my new chinese professor is as nice and sweet. *sigh* Monday will be the last time i see tsurui sensei as well (maybe).
But yea, while i'm sad for chinese i'm kind of happy about japanese...i mean...while i love UC's Japanese language program, i honestly think i need new professors with different teaching styles. And that's why i love Jade Lin so much, her teaching style was great. She was able to focus on grammar as well as helping us speak it during class. In japanese she just taught us grammar and we did exercises. Not saying it was anything wrong with that...
but...
I wish i could enjoy japanese more since i want to become fluent. So...i'm not too sad about not having japanese here anymore...i'm kind of relieved (now i feel kind of bad).
but that's all for now since it's early and i have to go and open the bookstore
