Guess I’d better weigh in on the whole “Help Nathan Buy Firefly” thing.
Guys... please stop.
I’m sure your intentions are pure, but this will not work. Fox has no motivation to sell the rights. Maybe if you had three hundred million dollars, but you never will.

Does anyone really think that a cooperative wherein everyone who buys in will have an equal voice will EVER be able to accomplish anything? Or will the “equal voice” of some be worth more than others?
I’ve no reason to suspect that this is a deliberate scam, as some have accused, but well-intentioned or not, this is a recipe for disaster.
I hope people come to their senses before anyone sends in any money. This can seriously hurt not just the Firefly fandom, but all fandoms... when the dust settles and the screaming fades, studios could very well steer clear of anything having to do with fans of anything...
