Attention, Helpful Helperson: While I do appreciate the way you look out for complete strangers in the grocery store, I might humbly suggest that you be prepared to accept the fact that you are not always right. Example: thank you so much for pointing out that I should buy Brand Y instead of Brand X, because Brand Y is on sale for 10 for $10 as opposed to Brand X which is not on sale at all.
However, when I point out that if you look at the tag and note how it indicates how much per ounce each product costs, and Brand X costs 6.5 cents an ounce as opposed to Brand Y’s sale price of 8.22 cents an ounce, therefore Brand X is actually a better deal, please do not snort, roll your eyes, and stomp off in a hizzy.
