[There's a sigh and thunk as he sits down on the bed rather roughly. Though he hadn't been as close to Nodoka as he had wanted to, he was still close enough with her to feel upset that she had gone. He's trying to be optimistic about the whole thing, but it's not working, especially with his tone of voice.]
She deserved to go home, but it's ...disappointing. I really liked having her around.
