Movie help, once again
I've been on a quest to find movies from my childhood... My grandmother used to tape all these awesome movies for me when I was a kid, and there were quite a few I'd like to see again - I can't remember how they ended or the tapes were so worn out, I've forgotten major plot points...
I remember Nana made a Christmas compilation tape one year, which included a Disney on Ice special, "The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus" and another movie...
This movie, I remember was part live action, part cartoon, about a boy who couldn't wait for Santa to arrive, hoping he'd get a bike for Christmas. It started off with the boy asking his dad if he thought he'd left enough cookies for santa, and the going to bed, punching one of those old punch-me clowns... but as he was falling asleep, overheard his parents discussing how to tell him Santa wasn't real.
Then the movie turned cartoon and he went to the north pole, found out Santa had been replaced with a robot or something... He sees bikes being made in the "new" north pole and tries to get out, only to have an alarm go off.... That's where my memory stops...
Please, if you could help, I'd be ever so grateful... I'd love to see this movie again...
