Happy holidays, everyone~!

So, today my best friend, her boyfriend, and I hung out together at local mall. She forgot to get my Christmas gift for me, so what better way to get it than to get it today?

my family don't get my obestion with lego or dolls (I have two bjds). my younger sister looks down her nose at most of what I do anyway. I'm 28 too. my parents deal with it. they even occationaly buy me doll furniture if they see it.

It hurts. But if it makes you happy and its not hurting anyone I fail to see the problem.

go with your heart.
Eventually the may learn to deal with it. If not, its their loss.

Chin up, there's plenty of us 'big kids' out there.

P.S You should see my stuff toy collection :) had to stop 'cause i ran out of room ;)

I tried to make a rule for myself that I can never own more than a laundry basket full of stuffed animals at a time, but I can't seem to stick to that rule very well.

If its something you love, then your not to old for it.

Keep it, if they give you grief just ignore it. They are not YOU, you can not live your life for them, just for yourself.

Or be a brat, take it back, and exchange it for the EXACT same thing. After all, you DID do what they said and exchanged it for something you want!

Don't take it back; if it makes you happy that's all that matters. I still have my Cabbage Patch doll from when I was young, I get teased all the time for playing with her, but I love it and am not going to get rid of it anyimte soon. I'm also 28 and still sleep with a teddy.

If you like it, keep it. I'm almost 24, and I still sleep with stuffed animals and collect My Little Ponies. I'm not embarrassed by it in the slightest.
