If the manufacturer can't suplpy you with these parts, odds are you won't be able to score them from anywhere but second-hand businesses. Keep a watch on eBay and stuff like that for a similar broken toy. Do not forget to inquire about the status of the battery door. I think that is a piece that regularly breaks, but it could be that, by chance, a Furby swam and shorted, and a seller's auctioning off the broken Furby for parts. :3
I have eBay alerts set up to notify me whenever a new Furby is listed, but none of them are freaking broken! I'm going to start scanning Craig's List, too.
