T-minus 4 weeks and counting...down that is...
God, I haven't posted on this thing in ages. And it's not like I don't check it or anything. Poor LJ. You keep getting ignored. Ah well to each their own.
Anywho...
I have four weeks. Yep that's right. Four weeks until I'm officially a graduated individual.
Sad part is that my brain is refusing to engage. I have pile of papers that I have to do. Two of which are due this week. Two of which are due whenever I feel like getting to them between now and the end of the semester. A small stack of journals for one class. Another equally enlightening stack for the internship course. And four more shorts for the internship course.
Did I mention that I haven't been able to convince myself that writing these things is a good thing. I can't figure it out myself. I usually have gotten over the whole "it's a new semester time to slack" bit by now. It just never happened. And I suppose there is a little bit of the whole this is my last semester of college and I really don't give a shit about school anymore in there for good measure as well.
Anywho....
If anyone is looking for a good recommendation for Anime I have a couple series that are worth watching. Code Geass (not recommended if you have a strong dislike of mecha, but heartily recommended if you have a like of intelligent strategy in a mecha series. Lulu is the god of strategy and maniacal laughter.) is a good series, will keep you relatively entertained. Vampire Knight (love the manga, go read it first before beginning the series or if you do watch the series don't read the manga until it's finished.) if blood drinking vampires are your thing join the fun.
And to show that I haven't been totally slacking. I have some banners for some FC's over at the VK Forums.
The Kuran Family FC (if you take please credit)
The Kaname Kuran FC (again, credit if you take)
The Kaname x Yuuki FC (ditto on the credit thing)
This isn't so much an FC banner as it is a set I generally use. (Credit if you take.)
I have a small list of others that will be getting done as soon as I get enough pictures. This particular series I like to call my photo album line.
I have plans to get a set done for the Zero FC, the Ichiru FC, the Aidou FC, the Ichijou FC, and if there's a Kain FC that will be getting one as well. I also have a second set planned for the Kuran Family FC...basically they came in a set of two with one being the happy Kuran family and the second being the "Bloody" Kuran family. But I can't do it just yet, since I don't have any pics of Rido to include.
And now I'm off to do research that I should have been doing instead of making these pretties.
