So life has been as fucked up as I predicted it would become, and I am as I knew I would be not in a good place, and not particularly happy with my self, the world, David.......................ANYWAY I am writing beacuse I need to say that I am a andry manuplative, conniving, self centered bastard. this is something I have to keep reminding myself, lest I forget and let those parts of me rule.

I have caused a lot of pain to people around me lately, it needs to stop, I am not sure how though......... oh well fuck it all
