New photographs ....? New notification option
My website is really just a hobby, but there are two points to it 1) to provide friends and family the opportunity to see pictures which would otherwise sit in albums here and 2) to store all my pictures in case we have a fire or flood.
My plan is therefore to put all my photographs on the web. Its easy in the digital age, but I have plenty of film pictures which need scanning in. It is therefore taking some time and you can see from my previous message that I have reached 1993.
When I have time I look for new features which I can add to my site to help people get more enjoyment from it and gives me some pleasure improving the site (without too much coding effort because I don't really know what I'm doing).
My latest addition is the option to sign up for notifications for new uploads. You can sign up by category, so here I guess the most popular one would be the bookcrossing category (perhaps if I got lots of people I would need to go to more meetups). The software is installed on the same space my site is so in theory the only people who can access your email address would be me.
