Been a minute . . . .
Well, let's see . . .it's been a while since my last post, but I am gonna do my best to give some sort of 'catching up' update.
I have been hired on by Purple Squirrel Group. In a nutshell, I sell their services of web hosting and web design. I am very anxious to get my feet wet and start getting clients for them. I have a few starting clients in mind, and have already made contact with one of them.
alpha_boobergot a job with Call Tech. He starts his 3rd day of training tomorrow. WOOT!! He says he really likes it.
I went and saw both The Devil Wears Prada and Superman Returns. Loved both of them. Meryl Streep is fantastic in Devil and Kevin Spacey (who I think is always good) deserves an Oscar nomination for his performance as Lex Luthor. WOW! He was brilliant. Brandon Routh was type-cast very well to fill Christopher Reeve's shoes. He got many of his mannerisms down and actually resembles Reeve in facial features. I was informed that they digitally removed Brandon Routh's package because it showed thorugh the costume too well. If this is true, then HOLY COW!! Because what he has left there after digital removal is still enough to make a gay man's lips quiver with lustful drool. Guess I have to wait for the DVD and watch the behind the scenes clips or deleted scenes that weren't yet altered.
Anyway, I went to AWOL last night to sing karaoke. Sang a few songs, but it was a full moon, so the weirdo's were out in full force and it was busy. Today, I took
alpha_booberto the Spaghetti Warehouse for dinner. YUMMY!!!
Julianhill and I are going to Starwood next week. I am very excited about it and can't wait. I will miss my Boober again, though. We are also going to Forest Dance in Wisconsin at Circle's campground. That's only for a weekend and it's not until August. I am excited about that, too.
