umm I don't think helping your friend move was the brightest idea, but thats just me....

actually, i asked my doctor if it would be ok. he said that it probably wouldn't hurt anything, so long as i was safe and didn't work too hard. only heavy thing i helped lift was a washing machine, which was just big, not really heavy.

i must say i totally forgot about this whole livejournal thing, i hadnt updated for months if not a year or so. im now a myspace addict. lol
