Gossip Girl
Although I am in no way a hater of gossip girl I feel the need to discuss my annoyance at this ridiculously drama filled tv show. I know gossip girl has originated from a series of novels, however I feel as if someone has just written down a whole list of the most drama filled scenarios which could occur and shove them into a sexy, fashion driven tv show, with good looking characters.
As I was watching GG in a sort of marathon period, the setting out of the show became ridiculously repetitive. I mean, seriously people, how many dramatic exits can each episode have until you just feel the need to reach your hand into the tv and slap those characters? Or when they refuse to listen to each other and hang up all the time or decline calls. It ruffles my feathers to no end.
Not to mention this whole Chuck/Blair fiasco. I am, and always will be Chuck/Blair fan, they are meant to be. However the amount of times they break up and get back together makes me want to scream. Though I have to admit, that it probably the intention of this twisted pairing, so job well done. I feel like sitting those two down and just saying: you love each other, be together, chuck stop being a moody little secret keeper and blair stop trying to get his moody little secrets out of him. Deal. Hopefully they will get married one day and have good looking babies. (:
Nate and vanessa just piss me off.
After watching GG I feel an intense heaviness inside of me as if I might have been holding my breath in anticipation during the whole show. I suppose that's the desired effect. No matter how many dramatic exits the characters take or nate's family problems or chuck and blair's refusal to stay together, I will keep watching this ridiculous show. :)
