(no subject)
Bleh - not written for a few days and really noticing it. RL stuff is getting on top a little... not helped by the weekend that had to pay £7 for a taxi to go get some free superglue.
(In other words... a trip to A&E...)
Leaving Eclectic Games, Thomas in mei tai on back, he leaned over to the right as I left door and turned left, meaning his head got clocked by the door frame. Not too serious, but lots of blood. Went to local walk-in centre as it was couple minutes walk, and a lot closer than A&E. They saw me in about a minute (wait time was around 2 hours at the time, subject to clinical need... yeah, receptionist was awesome and told them "bleeding toddler in reception...").
Was told that it was OK, but because was close to eye needed to go to hospital to get glued up. So taxi to A&E, saw nurse, waited to get it fixed, back home a couple of hours later.
Thomas is fine. He set out to cause as much chaos as possible in kids' waiting area :-)
So, where do I collect the parent of year award again? *sigh* A bit better now, but was really not good about that!
