Honestly, it's just a cartoon. I don't know why they're so pissed, it's a parody for god's sake, ALL countries are frikkin' lulzy stereotypes.
Plus I don't get the whole RAAAGEEE considering there are top-selling shows that are downright racist, sexist and plain mocking (Say, Drawn Together, Family Guy, etc.) and people just happen to embrace the black humor. They don't give a shit and they get a good laugh. Kinda like "if you can't fight them, join them".
