Hi Anna. Jeez, you automatically think i gonna hate on you. I finished my snickers before i started this post. Pretty much main points have been touched on. You can find various ways to run a marathons via the internet or books. Yet, they will all be difficult and labor intensive. It is going to take a major commitment to complete this thing- hey i'm not hating anna, but it'll be new and intreging for a bit but the constant schedule and the time it takes from you will make you want to think twice. Whats really the marathon here is the training involved and the actual marathon is just the tip of the iceburg of the work needed. Granted, i have to say completing it has been my greatest acheivement- right above me hookwinking sara to go out with me. Personally, i do belive anyone can do it- given the real desire to do so, time withstraints withstanding.

Anyways i'm off the soapbox now. Shoes- Rob is right, to each its own. Asaics and New Balances maybe a good place to start. Streches- ask you man. Hahah, whatever. I can tell you some. Diets- keep a balance diet if you can- what you put in is what you get. But me and my dad ate like pigs when we did it.

There some really good marathons to run. Look'um and see what you like. Got any questions about the stuff i can help. Me gots to jam now...
