(no subject)
Trying to discreetly update my LJ in the middle of the library; LJ is quite an embarrassing website to be caught on. I'm with Cameron, he's finishing up his annotated bibliography while I putter away time until we can go get sushi.
I'm super tired because Mark spent the night last night but didn't come to bed until later than I did, so I he interrupted my snooze when I was already asleep. Alas. But we had good fun before that, while mom and Alex were at a Panthers game we decided to decorate the outside of the house for halloween. We came up with some nifty stuff and found a hilariously giant oversized light bulb in the garage with no apparent use for us, but we thought we'd keep it around anyway. We evaluated my yard and it's really quite perfect for a homemade haunted house but there's no time or money for that. Maybe next year. Mark was really excited to have a partner who was into the decorationing as much as him and I was excited to have someone tall enough to execute all my fabulous plans.
At one point during the night one of his ex's (who he'd dated for about five days, hence why I never heard of her) texted him: "Hey." So at my behest we flirt-texted her the whole night. He was supervising but I was in charge, trying to get her to say something explicit. She invited him over but never said anything dirty, so eventually I needed to go to bed and was just like "ok, we'll go see a movie later." FINALLY, after I'd gone to sleep - and I didn't get to see it until the morning - she texted him a picture of her semi-nood body with the seductive caption "wanna come over NOW?" and I got to triumphantly respond (still as Mark) "YOU KNOW I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND RIGHT, LOL?"
