I dropped american studies (the one where I read Water for Elephants) and picked up Dr Brockman's Primates in Peril course, which is awesome. I've missed the first class and there's only 7 people signed up for it and i went in late for the 2nd class cause I'm a retard who couldn't find the room.
I'm pretty excited about it. I've still got Water for Elephants on my night stand but I'll read it at my own pace. Probably not start it for a good while. I need to at least finish 3 books to feel justified in starting a new one.
Also, my cellphone's back i nworking order. for a week it wouldn't take or receive calls, but now it's good, which is a good thing.
My russian anthro class is about to start worrying me because the teacher isn't very good about explaining stuff. Of course if i have an emergency there's always Eber to help me. Also our first mini-project is due the 11th and I managed to be one of the few people in a pair. I would've been fine working in a pair with eber, but working in a pair with someone I don't know is just too much of a hassle this early into the semester.
and now I'm going to russian language class. the prof is trying to split us into two classes which is causing mucho grief and heartache for those of us who are too lazy to consider that sort of thing. this whole class on a friday thing is new for me, i tell ya what.
