I would cook for Stephen Colbert. I would seduce him with a wonderful meal.. I guess I shouldn't make it something that wouldn't leave us with garlicy breath. And nothing that would stay heavily on our stomachs. So no chili. Probably some odd mishmash that is endearingly badly made but good enough to eat.
