I think this is the first time we see...
Orochimaru in his Akatsuki uniform. He looked rather good, no? ^^
Also, the first time non-shadow Itachi scene in almost two years, yay. I would've liked some more info about the confrontation. Where were Sasori and Kisame, for one thing? And why didn't Itachi take the ring when he had the chance?
Argh, I'm so scared about next week's chapter. I would hate so much for my two favorites to die within a month of each other. :/ I don't think Orochimaru will die just yet, though. The last few years have been about Naruto trying to rescue Sasuke, and to do that, he needs something to rescue Sasuke from. At least, that's what I'm telling myself to keep my spirits up. ^^;
But if it all goes well and we get an Orochimaru with Sharingan, it'll be the best thing ever. Who would he have to kill to get the Mangekyou, though? Jiraiya, Tsunade, maybe Kabuto? He doesn't seem to have many friends. D:
