(no subject)
I took the morning off yesterday, in part to finish picking up before the housekeepers came in (not that the place was that badly trashed, just that I'm getting lazier). This led to big-time trauma for Katie; she was hiding under the bedclothes when I stripped the bed, leading to her being exposed to the sight of strange women1. She slunk off under the love seat. She's gotten over it now, though.
I did give her (Katie, not one of the housekeepers) the last of the dry food. Another bag is supposed to be in transit. I still have the best part of two cases of canned food, though, so if it doesn't arrive today, she'll get salmon a couple of days early.
I've almost finished CAT; I just have to test out the skeleton JCL today and we should then be good to go.
1Sort of: Patty has actually led the housekeeping team for the past five years; Sam(antha?) has been on it for a few months; only Heather was new.
