weird weather
i think today was the first thunderstorm of the year. i didn't hear it thunder, but when i got out of my class, i saw dark clouds and it started raining a little bit. i didn't really feel like eating with my family, so i decided to drive around before i went to the office. i went and looked at the water at bug light and it was beautiful. the water was a light blue. it looked as if it were glowing. it was really pretty. then i turned around and i saw lightning. i drove out to ft. williams and then out further in cape. i was driving out near the kettle cove takeout and it started to POUR. it was just coming down in sheets. i thought i was going to have to pull over near the orchard for a few minutes because i could not see a fucking thing in front of me! it was crazy. then about five minutes later, the sun was out. it was the weirdest thing. then there was a pretty rainbow. i wanted to take a picture of it, but by the time i got somewhere where i could pull over and get a good picture, it was gone. still... weird weather we've been having...
