UGH! OK, THAT'S IT!!!
Ok, this CANNOT wait.
Lets begin shall we? There are many reasons that I hate her, from her appearance straight down to what she represents. I dispise her in any way and form. Simply thinking about her makes my skin crawl. And this is not the average character "OmG sHe'S sUcH a BiTcH!" While this is a very true statement, it's a lot deeper than that.
1. She has no common sense. Think about it. You're going to be walking around, fighting, and getting covered in blood all day. Which outfit should you NOT wear?
a. A fire rat cloak.
b. A demon slayer uniform.
c. Monk robes.
d. Clothes that aren't really important.
e. A school uniform.
If you guessed A-D, I'm shooting you. If you guessed E, then you're right. If you go to school, I'd imagine that blood, sweat and dirt aren't the latest fashion accessories, cosmetics or scents. Yet, when she actually does go to school, she wears a school uniform, quite possibly the same one. Very gross.
Plus, how are you supposed to ride a bike, climb over anything, jump and generally move around in a skirt that doesn't even touch your knees? I rest my case.
2. She doesn't fight. Name some of the female ass-kickers in Inuyasha, if you would. Names such as Sango, Kagura and even Kikyou should be present. If you've said Kagome, however, allow me to direct you towards logical reasoning.
Kagome rarely fights. She rarely pitches in and gets her hands dirty, literally and figuratively. The last time I saw her fire a bow and hit the target was when Inuyasha asked her to shoot him when he was fighting Kagura. The last time I saw her do anything relatively USEFUL in a fight was a long time ago. She does nothing to help with combat.
3. About 3/4s of her lines are "Inuyasha!" Even Adult Swim has noticed this one. If you haven't, take out the earplugs.
4. She's failing school. I must ask that you name some positive female role models in Inuyasha. Kikyou, a very good example. Sango, certainly. Kagura, I won't argue. Kagome, no. Just no.
Kids do watch this show, even though a disclaimer beforehand specifically asks that people 14+ watch it. Meaning that a large majority, if not all, of these kids are enrolled in a school program of some sort. I know that I am. Kagome doesn't go to school and pisses her time away in the feudal era, not even bothering to crack a book when she's on the road. I suppose that she's more busy flirting with Inuyasha and babying Shippou. Though she isn't to me, she may be a role-model to other girls who watch the show. And, in an effort to be more like her, will skip school. Not a good thing.
There's four good, solid, hard assed reasons on why I hate Kagome. They are rational, well argued, and not vulgar.
There are other reasons, but those are the ones that I don't like about her the most.
But, in order to round the list off, I should list one more reason. It will be angered, expressed childishly and immaturely delivered.
