And so in case Germany qualifies for the Quarter Finals, our opponent will be Greece. Greece. Of ALL possible combinations it has got to be GREECE vs. GERMANY.
And the Greek are voting tomorrow, with the European Currency Union on the line and if it all fails it is going to be considered Germany's fault for being so strict about national budgetary discipline.
Oh, the irony! I'm almost afraid to watch how it all turns out.
