AI7 Top 16 Recap: Results
silent_break woke me up this morning with a call on the Idol results, and we had a rather fired-up discussion on it...
Luke: Long overdue. But I wish he stayed. I love his face and his personality! And of course he can sing, just not with instruments!
Danny: I knew people on my flist are gonna get really upset. I did had the gut feeling that he was gonna be eliminated, and he was getting on my nerves quite a bit, but I wouldn't go to the extent of throwing confetti. I'm just a little happy, yet a little sad. Is it part of the anti-gay conspiracy? Maybe. I kinda think I was blinded by his popularity on my flist, that I don't know how Danny fares generally. I know he isn't too popular on online polls, but then, those aren't accurate. However, I can say I never was impressed by his three performances, and that is enough to justify this. I will probably like him in real life, but on Idol? TMTH.
Asia'h: I predicted her because I thought she was predictable and Syesha's awesomeness overwhelmed her. Apparently, America agrees with me.
Kady: FINALLY. O.M.G. You don't know how happy I am that she is finally out of this competition, and I don't need to see her face, bear her singing, and listen to her snarky comments again. T___T Hail America on this.
All in all, good results, though I still think Chikezie should be eliminated. I miss the wild card show! I want Alaina back!
Cannot wait to see Blakey tonight! :D
Oh, and I think I am really starting to like David Cook. This picture (http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/6061/top82zy3.jpg) that Tracy posted of him is so ridiculously cute, I cannot stop staring at it. I know I know, you can't see his face in it, but he looks so cute being overwhelmed by Simon's praises.
Don't worry, Baby David, you're still my favourite.

- I still think Luke's rendition of "Wake me up before you go go" sounds okay. I especially like that high note. :D And oh, he really is so cute and nice. Really, with a shirt like that, why isn't he gay? But then... His wife is gorgeous! (Anybody knows what was the bgm for his tribute vid?)
- Carly's friend on the right is pretty! O_________O And I really like Carly's hair and outfit today. Very classy.
- The Danny elimination is so sad. :( Chikezie was so nice to him, which surprised me. Danny was lovely in that tribute video, and I am so glad he changed his hairstyle. Sigh... Fate.
