AI7 Top 16 Recap: Boys
Dun dun dun, it's me again. This time, I watched some clips on rickey before watching it on tv, and I think it helped.
Luke: I like it. *\o/* It's hard for me not to, since I adore that song, and I adore Luke ('s face... and his gentle personality). Honestly speaking, even though he hasn't been doing well, I think this is the best week for him so far. The song suits his voice, such as the "highhhh" part. I don't want him to go, but it is inevitable. :/ I mean, it would be kinda unfair to the others who performed much better.
Baby David: Loveeeeee. He so cute and sweet. Do I even have to say a thing about his vocals? Lol. I like the piano-playing tidbit at the front too and then switching over to the front, though it is obvious he's a bit nervous. I cannot wait for him to perform "1000 Miles" (Vanessa Carlton) during Top 12 on the piano. I didn't need that homeless people part though, silly boy.
Danny: I am almost afraid to say this, but he is starting to annoy me. :( And that upsets me. Coz I like him! And he is fierce! But he just keeps getting on my nerves with everything he said to Simon. And it doesn't help that none of his performances so far impressed me.
David H: I need a nickname for him! :D Love him so much, love the song, love the stripping singing... He was definitely better last week though. However, if he continues like this, he is gonna go far. *throws more bills*
Michael Johns: Finally! The flames background are gone! \o/ Nothing surprising about his performance this week. I am getting rather bored by him, except for his looks and accent.
David Cook: I may have a mild obsession on the way his mouth moves. >.> I find his lips rather cute. Steady performance as always. And I adore how overwhelmed he was when Simon praised him in the end.
Jason Castro: Gone with the guitar! He looked rather awkward, and his vocals were weak at some point, but hey, kudos to him. The song is tough, and he did well. (My sister was watching along with me halfway throughout the show, and she kept shouting that he is a girl. Haha.)
Chekezie: Yay for good clothes! I fear every week for my eyes when he appears. Better last week, nothing fascinating this time round.
