I'm liking Crystal though, and woooot! did Nervous look sweet on that look!! <3

But anywas ... BUZZ!!!! :O Buzz is his father!!!??
WOOW!! That's a new one! Amazing twist!!

Great update!! Can't wiat for the next one! :D
*worries for Vid*

now...that syringe!! Could you please tell me where you got it!!??
pretty pls with cherry on top! ^_^

I was bothering cindyanne a couple of days ago asking for the one she used on poison's bend lol I can't find one that can be actually held by a sim :| (the few ones I've found are part of bigger meshes, not exactly usable for that)

ETA: OH! and btw, I have to say, you screens are amazing, the work on posing and overlays you're doing is great!! *thumbs up*

Muchas gracias! Circe's dastardly plan will become clearer in another chapter or two. Appreciate your comments about my pictures and poses. Good to know they're working well. I downloaded a bunch more pose boxes after that sims_wcif post went up a few weeks ago. :P Never knew so many existed.

Alas, I am sorry to burst your bubble about the syringe. It is just the decorative one Crocobaura made (here's the link). I just used one of SilentLucidity's OMSPs combined with one of JBrehaut's, made them invisible, and timed Circe's animation so her hand came down just right. Then I had to Photoshop out the pill bottles (I need to find that recolor that turns those invisible). So the syringe-holding pose was quite a lot of work. Someone needs to mesh one up as an accessory, don't you think? I wish I knew how to make meshes and turn them into accessories.

Yes, the poses are great, and look very natural, which is the hardest part imo.

Love the one of Crystal on the roof, when she looking the town, like bending over the rails. Really nice. I still can't learn how to combine pose/anims with the overlays correctly lol

Do you have AL?? for the freezer clock? coz wow! I can't imagine doing anything without it anymore, so if you are, then 4 thumbs up for you!! :D

Darn! You tricked me real good with the syringe then :P

I have that same object and must say NICE JOB then, 'cause really, I thought about going thru all that process, but decided it was too much work for one GD shot! O_o ROFL!! Darts+not-so-visible-angle is gonna do the trick for me, if can't find anything better (still can't believe there's no one usable syringe around, though XD and probably doesn't even need to be an accessory as such, many 'decor' objects can be 'held' by sims without much trouble)

I don't have AL. :( I want it but stoopid EAxis won't port it to the Mac. Not fair! Besides the freezer clock, I would adore the chance to use those shiftable shelf OMSPs. Eh! *shrug* I tend to spend a lot of time repeating animations until I can figure out the timing needed for whatever effect I'm going for.

I know sims can hold deco objects. They tend to go pfff at inconvenient times though. Have you noticed sims seem to go "Oh! Why am I holding this flamingo all of a sudden? Back into hammerspace with it!" Then you have to buy another one and shove it back into their pixelated little paws. haha

I agree with you there; why hasn't anyone made a usable syringe prop?

I love that shot of Crystal on the roof too, so thank you for that comment. It seems like such a natural thing to lean on a railing that way so I was pretty pleased when I worked out how to pull that one off. :D

lol, sorry, I always forget you play on a mac!! :P

I've never seen sims actually reacting to anything on their the hands tho ROFL!! that must be funny, but yeah the props do disappear O_0 at least for what I've noticed they usually vanish by the end of the animations, so normally I just try to remove the objects before (well, better *used to*, before using the clock, i don't have that problem now lol)

anyways...
I remembered something engram posted at my journal some time ago (on a reply to madame_ugly). It may help you, though not sure how the cheats work on mac

Use slowmotion X where X is a number between 0 (normal) and 8 (super slow). Or at least I THINK 8 is the slowest. I usually use a setting of 5 or 6. Slows down the animation nicely so you don't have to make then re-do it too many times if at all. Catch the pose, pause, snap pic :) Just return the speed to 0 when you're done.

Line-command cheats do work fine on the Mac, as does userstartup.cheat, thanks. :) I've aliased the three speeds of slowmotion I use the most. Too bad there isn't a "boolprop stoptimeforthissim true". :P

Yeah, the sims don't actually "react" but they do make the objects vanish so they do notice something somehow.

I'm looking forward to your next story too. Sounds interesting from the hints you've dropped so far.
