Summary: Jin Akanishi and Kamenashi Kazuya have been friends since they were little kids. everyone new that they loved each other very much but they always thought of it as friendship love...well at least kame did jin on the other hand..well he doesn't know when it started but it just kinda happened,like he woke up one morning and he knew he was in love with kame-chan. after that he was protective of his friend he always took care of him if he got sick or got injured, kame never took notice in his feeling because he jus thought that's how much jin loved him..as a friend of cours...but when kazu has a crush and is able to date him...for how much longer can jin keep his feelings in side without hurting himself?

kame:thinking back...we've been through everything together..no matter what...even when we just met...
Flashback-
It was a beautiful day at that time...we could have walked right by each other and not have met but..it didn't happen. I saw a kitten on the road and decided to go get it so a car doesn't hit.
"hello there you sweet thing" kame said it in a cute voice.
suddenly at that moment he herd a car "beeeeeep" as he turned around lights were all he saw when someone grabbed him and they went flying, tossing and turning on the sidewalk.
I was in such shock all i could say was.."what just happened?"
The man that saved his life couldn't reply, he was to cuaght up in the other ones deep,sparkling eyes.
Finally realizing that they have been on the ground for a very long time the other man got up and said,"you were being a baka and trying to save a cats life instead of your own, you could have left it they have 9 lives you know! we only have ONE. haha" Kame started blushing realizing that the other man was right, he could have died right now to hide his embarrassement he looked down and noticed how much the other one's knee was bleeding. Kame was a very caring person even to strangers so naturaly he just blurted "your leg and..and..and hand! it's my fault gomenasai he said bowing. my house isn't far from here if you come with me i can bandage them up for you." The injured one started waving his hand saying it was ok and he'll be fine but kame felt realy bad and when he saw his puppy face for some reason he went along and ended up in kame's house.
~At Kame's House~
While dabbing the mans knee kame was once again apologizing "i'm really sorry i can't help it when i see cute things. i become all ditsy and you were right about the 9 lives thing. haha ^__^
"It's fine,really ^__^V"he said smiling "by the way i'm jin akanishi nice to meet you he" and he exstended his arm for a hand shake. "and i'm kamenashi kazuya,nice to meet you" shaking jins hand with happiness.
jin:and that's when we became friends....
~3 years later~
"kazuuu" jin yelled happily running to his best friend not caring about the many pairs of eyes that turned at him as he jumped on his buddy.
"hey i haven't seen you all day! where have you been?" he said back. "listen i know it's like reaaaly early but..here!" he said putting a present in his friends hands. it looked very pretty the box was blue with colorful streamers and a big red bow in top.
"jinjin my birthday isn't until xmas eve!" he said luaghing
jin couldn't help smiling back and saying "i know but i saw it in a shop and i just thought you would love it! and i couldn't wait until xmas eve to give it to you!!!"
kame sighed"well then I'LL wait until my birthday it's more fun that way besides today is the 1st so only 23 days away...o that is a long time..haha"
"then open is noowww" jin said in his baby voice
"wel--"
kame was cut off by the ringing of the bell telling people to go to their last class "well i'll see you later" he waved walking off looking at the present wondering what it could possibly be that jin thought he wanted. To him it didn't matter he thought jin always got him the best gifts even if he didn't think he need it when jin got it for him it seemed like he could use it for anything. as kame went into his classroom jin was smiling and thinking "i hate it when you make me wait..but if i get to see your eyes sparkle like when we 1st met i'll be happy...23 more days huh?..on that day i promise i'll tell you the truth..about how i feel" and he left to go to his own class.
In the corner though the whole time a person was watching them..yamashita tomahisa or yamapi thought in disgust "how can he like such a person??? he's so stupid!! and and clumsy EVERYTHING that's not suited for my jin!!"
~In Kame's Class~
"soooo what did your jinjin give you?" ueda kame's other best friend said in a mocking tone
"o shutup, it's just a birthday present besides even if he DID like me we've been friends for 3 almost 4 years now he would have said something by now..and he never did..besides i like someone..."kame said blushing in bright pink.
"ok students take your seats now class is going to begin"
5 minutes into class someone burst through the door "there's your prince charming" ueda wispered while giggling making kame's cheeks turn rosy again.
"tanaka do you care to explain why your late again?" the teacher asked in a very annoyed tone.
"ummm..i waass...innnn that bathroom!...ya that's where i was!" he said in a proud voice while others were wispering and giggling.
"of course you were, go take a seat and don't be late again or it's clean up dutty for 2 weeks!"
"ok ok ok i promise not 2 be late anymore" he walked up to an empty seat next to kame asking if the seat was taken. kame was in such a fumble because of his gorgeous smile and finally managed to say "um..er..n..no."
"ok class now back to where we were before we were interupted" and he continued the lesson even though kame was a great student today he wasn't paying attention at all he was off in dream land. "i'm so lucky!!! i get
to sit next to koki-kun!!!"then he glanced up at the top of his desk and saw jin's present to him"i wonder what jin got me this year...well! i guess i'll have to wait it's always worth it. he gets me the best presents...he's the best he always takes care of me....especially since that happened..."
