{MOD} Tag Update & Others

Heya guys,

Just a quick update for all writers, listen up! ^^
We have just updated our tags for Multi-chaptered fics as follows below:

fanfic: completed
fanfic: dropped
fanfic: on-hold
fanfic: on-going

We would appreciate it if you have time to edit all your completed fics to add the appropriate tags for it to makes it easier to find! ^^p

i like your new tags,is so useful, since i don't like read dropped fic >_<
btw, is there any way to make Request Master Posts or Intro Master Post always show at the beginning of entry ? (uh, what i called this..like friend only banner) since i think not many people will remember to read the tags in the leftif they open the comm page. But if those master post placed like friend-only banner, everyone will see it first..
i hope this make sense ^^;

i mean the master posts that placed like friend only banner (always in upper of the rest entry), so like sticky post..that mean people will always look into that post, before they scroll down. So they always reminded to read the request post..eh, did you already understand what i mean? I'm sorry, just confused how to described that..but if you already understand and i just repeat it now, so sorry ^^;

So, I have a fic that, for all intents and purposes, is on hold. Am I supposed to go back and add the "fanfic: on-hold" tag to all 21 chapters? And then, when I start writing it again, I'm supposed to go back and take those tags off of all 21 chapters? I mean, am I understanding this correctly? Please tell me I'm not.

I like the idea of the "fanfic: completed" tag, but I don't think it needs to be add to any post but the last chapter.

The other two tags are good in theory, but, as a writer, I would not bother going back and editing tags in past chapters as the status of my story changes. That's too much to ask of the writers in this comm.

Edited that one, please tag only the last fic that you shared in the community if you have that fic that is on hold and once tagged please add that link to the Master Post {will be up anytime} to make it known that it has that status atm until it will resume to be updated.

I don't have much time on the internet at my hostel and the speed is not called speed anymore, so I'll edit when I get back to montreal.(and make my intro post too) Is middle of June okay?

Ah no, on hold means the author is not updating (or will not update the fic) in the near future though not completely dropped. XD
