Chapter Four: Love is the irresistible desire to be irresistibly desired

Ueda ran towards the room where the photo shoot was taking place he needed to find Jin. Suddenly, he looked up and saw the wanted male in front of him.
“Ueda, are you guys ready?” Jin asked in a hurry only to be surprised by Ueda’s actions. The smaller male had hugged himself to Jin without even a word spoken. He was confused but decided to return the hug.
“Jin…I need you…” Ueda whispered softly against Jin’s chest making Jin’s eyes widen. Was he hearing things right? Was he dreaming? Regardless the answer to either question he wasn’t going to allow this opportunity to disappear. The younger idol dragged Ueda into the closest room to try and make some sense of what was happening.
“Ue-” Jin began but got interrupted with Ueda’s lips against his. Jin stopped Ueda and pinned him against the nearest wall. “Ueda, slow down! What’s going on?” Jin asked in complete confusion. Ueda looked away from the other and shoved him away leaving Jin even more confused. Why kiss him and then push him away?
“What is Kame to you?” Ueda demanded to know while looking up into Jin’s eyes. Jin was taken by surprise at the sudden question
“Ueda, what is this all about? And why so sudden?” Jin asked still perplexed by the older member‘s actions.
“Answer the question Akanishi!” Ueda shouted furiously.
“Ueda…” Jin spoke softly to the other as he walked towards Ueda. Jin attempted to embrace the other only to have his actions brushed away or stopped.
“Answer me please…I need to know the truth…” Ueda demanded again turning his eyes towards the floor.
“I don’t know if I can explain it Ueda…but don’t get me wrong….when I’m with Kame I feel happiness, safety and I can feel his love. However, when I see you or when I’m around you I long for you. Maybe, it was all because of that night…” Jin looked down at the floor as well hoping the tiles would answer his questions
“What…night are you talking about?” Ueda asked confused while surprising Jin. He had no idea Ueda did not remember their night of passion.
“Do I have to remind you?” Jin smirked as he pressed the smaller male’s back against the wall pinning Ueda’s body between the wall and his body. “Do I?“ and without Ueda’s answer Jin claimed his lips again but hungrily making the other gasp into his mouth.
Ueda’s body finally gave into the other allowing Jin to kiss him as he kissed back. Ueda slid his arms up and around Jin’s neck as he guided him down to the floor.

“Thank you Nakamaru…You’re always so kind and gentle to me. Sometimes, I don’t know what I would do with out you” Kame spoke softly as a small smile spread over his face. Nakamaru sat unmoving and not letting the small male from his embrace. He finally was able to freely hug the other, so, he wasn’t’ ready to let go yet.
“Kame, please be with me?” Nakamaru asked in a hushed whisper but Kame had heard it loud and clear. Nakamaru allowed his body to move on it’s own accord not knowing himself what he was going to do. The taller of the two pulled his head back and searched for Kame’s lips. Nakamaru connected with a soft and tender kiss leaving the other completely confused.
“Why now? How long has Nakamaru felt like this? Why does this feel so good? Should I be with Nakamaru? Has he always been the one?” Kame’s brain thought up a million questions in one instant as Nakamaru continued to kiss him.

Junno and Koki stood in the photo shoot room while wondering where the rest were. They had been waiting for a while as the director was beginning to complain about the absence of the other four members. Junno and Koki began to become curious but knew that things needed to be talked about.
“Koki…should we check on them? I‘m worried…” Junno asked his boyfriend with a concerned expression written all over his face.
“Just wait, I’m sure they’ll be coming soon. They just need to solve things out” Koki spoke in a calming tone. The duo sighed and waited while sitting with their fingers entwined together.

“I’m sorry…” Nakamaru spoke softly and he pulled away and turned away from Kame as he got up to walk from the room.
“Maru!” Kame instinctively got up wrapping his arms around Nakamaru’s thin waist stopping him from continuing to walk. “Will…you wait for me? I need to end it, I’m tired.” Kame spoke softly into the fabric of Nakamaru’s sweater. The strong back he now was leaning against held him up as his knees felt weak. Nakamaru felt the tears dampen his sweater on his back making him turn around to face the smaller.
“Kame…You know I’ll always be here for you” Nakamaru spoke softly but in a serious manner as he lifted Kame’s chin to wipe his tears. Kame nodded in response knowing that Nakamaru wasn’t lying. Both smiled at each other and decided to head back to the room where the photo shoot should have been already happening.
“I’m sorry Ueda“ the beat boxer thought as he walked hand in hand with who he believed he loved most.

Jin picked his shirt from the floor while Ueda stood pulling his pants up quickly. The room was quiet and the atmosphere felt tense and awkward. Jin was worried who would speak first when Ueda broke the silence.
“Jin…what about Kame?” Ueda asked cautiously.
“We’ll have to wait and find out what happens but we’ll find a way just wait…You‘ll see everything will work out in the end!” Jin said to encourage the other as he placed a soft kiss to Ueda’s lips and embracing him one last time before they headed back.
“Maru I wish you happiness“ Ueda inwardly prayed as he hugged the taller male back resting his head on Jin’s chest.
“Let’s get go…They’ve been waiting a long time…” Jin offered his hand to Ueda held onto it tightly as both smiled slightly at each other feeling both a bit refreshed.

The other four were waiting when Ueda and Jin entered the photo shoot room. Jin and Ueda’s eyes watching the other couple and vice versa as both parties felt guilty of the events that recently took place.
“About time guys! Are we all set now!?” the director asked annoyed with how long he had to wait. All six said yes and apologized for the delay but the director didn’t mind too much as he was busy himself.
Kame walked past Jin refusing to look at him. Jin instantly felt the cold air around the smaller male and instantly began to worry.
“Does Kame know?” Jin wondered as he watched Kame move over to stand beside Ueda.
“ Okay! This shot will be in pairs! The pairs are: Nakamaru with Kamenashi, Akanishi with Ueda, and lastly Koki with Junnosuke” the director instructed making all six members pay attention. All six members nodded happily in agreement.
“Next! This photo shoot…I want something a bit different and since these pairings do not happen often I would like it if you all could be very sexy towards each other…okay?” the director informed the men that stood in front of him nodding in agreement again. “Okay! Without any more delays! Nakamaru and Kamenashi you’re up first!”
Nakamaru positioned himself behind Kame while looking over his shoulder at the camera man. Nakamaru wrapped a possessive arm around the smaller males waist while wrapping a lock of Kame’s hair around his long index finger. He bent forward a bit pretending to smell the almost black hair as Kame’s hand came up and rested happily on the possessive arm around his waist.
The director began to take several shoots of the duo as Kame gave a more sexual expression while leaning forward pressing his behind against Nakamaru’s groin which made the older male grunt but only loud enough for Kame to hear. Jin and Ueda watched the pair comfortably work together in such a sexy pose and both instantly felt a pain inside their chest.
“Okay! Cut! Perfect! Next couple please! Let‘s keep this moving!” director barked as Ueda and Jin both walked over to the next creative scenery. The couple had to walk past Kame and Nakamaru as all four felt an unknown uneasiness. As Ueda past Nakamaru he received one of his signature sweet smiles making his stomach fill with butterflies and Goosebumps covered his skin. Kame smiled at Jin and Jin returned the smile but both knew it was fake.
“Gambatte ne!” both Koki and Junno cheered at the back trying to break the awkward air the four other men had filled the room with.
Maru and Kame sat down as Koki handed them their bottles of water. Junno offered them some snacks that sat on the table next to him but both said no as something was much more important, watching Jin and Ueda’s photo shot.
“Now, remember, I want a sexy position!” the director barked towards the two men.
Ueda stood there slightly shy while Jin took the lead. If there was one thing Jin was good at…it was being sexy. Jin wrapped an arm around Ueda’s shoulders pulling the smaller male against his chest giving the cameraman a side view. Jin looked down at Ueda in his arms and tilted his chin with his index finger as Ueda gave a hopeless look. Ueda slid his hand up to rest against Jin’s chest as he looked up at Jin with his eyes half lidded and his lips slightly parted. Jin had to admit Ueda had the submissive look down perfectly.
“I have to go to the bathroom!“ Nakamaru got up abruptly tipping over his chair as he stormed from the room.
“That was perfect you two!Next will be Koki and Junnosuke please!” the director asked calling up the next couple.
Jin and Ueda walked over to where Kame sat happily sipping on his water through a straw.
“Where’s Nakamaru?” Ueda asked Kame almost suspicious.
“He went to the bathroom…” Kame answered without looking at Ueda. Ueda could feel the cold response from the youngest member of the group as he turned and sat on the chair farthest from him.
“Well, I need to go to!“ Jin spoke more like he was angry then just simply informing the others. He left the room leaving the other two males in couple silence as the only one talking in the room was now the director’s voice and the sound of the camera taking pictures.
In the hallway, Nakamaru past Jin but as their eyes meet they both lunged for each other. Both grabbed at each other’s shirt collar at the same time. Jin had to admit he was surprised by, the usually calm, Nakamaru’s anger as he refused to let go.
“Jin! What the hell did you do to Kame?” Maru asked furiously shaking him by the fabric clutched in his hand.
“I was going to asked you the same thing about Ueda! Asshole!” Jin answered furiously.
“Jin stop this! You’re not only hurting Kame but your hurting the people around him!” Nakamaru spoke in an angered tone as he gave in first and released Jin’s shirt collar.
“Stop doing what!? And how exactly am I hurting you?! This is between Kame and I!” Jin asked confused but also putting up his defence. Nakamaru suddenly shoved Jin into the nearest wall which again caught Jin off guard.
“What happened that night with Ueda, huh?! Tell me because I notice his different behaviour after that night and if you have feelings towards my boyfriend that’s fine but don’t expect to have the best of both worlds! If you want Ueda give up Kame! You can’t have both! Kame doesn’t want you anyways!” Nakamaru shouted.
Jin eyes went wide as he shoved the taller back against the wall. Surprised how light the older man as his back hit the wall hard making him cough in response.
“What’s Ueda to you then? Don‘t act so innocent all the time!” Jin screamed back making Nakamaru look away.
“Ueda is someone extremely special in my life and all I know is that I need him by my side! But when I see Kame I feel like he needs me more than Ueda does right now!“ Maru answered truthfully. “I never got the chance to express my feelings towards Kame since he has always been by your side! Always wanting to be with you! But this time…this time I won’t just sit back and let you hurt him! He is in pain and I know it! Jin! If you don’t want Kame…then give him to me!“ Nakamaru spoke giving Jin a serious look. Jin was almost in a state of shock by Nakamaru’s honesty but felt the anger begin to rise inside him. Who did Nakamaru think he was!? He would not give up Kame! He was his and would only belong to him!
“You’re a hypocrite! And I’m afraid I can’t give you Kame!” Jin glared at the other seriously. “And what happened to Ueda and I was an accident! Just an accident! We were both drunk! But after that night I’ve longed for Ueda again! After having him a second time it didn’t feel like LOVE at all! I finally found the answer! Kame! He is my happiness and I won’t let you take away that from me!” Jin screamed back at the other man.
Ueda and Kame stood there in almost a state of shock as they had seen and heard everything the couple had now revealed. Ueda felt a sting in his chest. Not only had he been called an accident but the one person he had ever loved now longed for another man. Kame’s chest felt the same familiar sting. Jin and him had their up’s and down’s in their relationship but he never realized it was this bad.
“Then you’ve left me no choice!” Nakamaru threatened. Nakamaru walked towards Kame quickly only to be followed by Jin close behind. Jin suddenly lunged forward and grabbed Kame’s hand tightly in his own.
“Let’s go! We’re going home! Now!” Jin said tugging Kame forward as Kame cried out in pain trying to take his hand from Jin’s grip.
“I SAID LET GO!” Kame screamed finally tugging his hand free from Jin’s crushing grip. says while he brushes off Jin’s hand. Everyone remained in silence. Only the harsh breathing of all four men filled the hallway.
“Were through!” Kame spoke darkly full of anger as he suddenly turned and ran away. Jin stood in complete surprise as he crumbled to the floor.
Nakamaru began to run after the other male as he paused and looked at Ueda. Both pairs of eyes were full of pain and untrust something neither ever had towards on another before until this moment. Ueda broke the gaze first as he cast his eyes downwards towards the floor tiles. A burning sensation filled his chest and moved through out his body as Nakamaru’s shoes then left Ueda’s vision.
“Goodbye…Nakamaru….” Ueda thought as tears stung his eyes joining Jin in at his side in pain.

“Let’s go! We’re going home! Now!” Jin said tugging Kame forward as Kame cried out in pain trying to take his hand from Jin’s grip.
“I SAID LET GO!” Kame screamed finally tugging his hand free from Jin’s crushing grip. says while he brushes off Jin’s hand. Everyone remained in silence. Only the harsh breathing of all four men filled the hallway.
“Were through!” Kame spoke darkly full of anger as he suddenly turned and ran away. Jin stood in complete surprise as he crumbled to the floor.
Nakamaru began to run after the other male as he paused and looked at Ueda. Both pairs of eyes were full of pain and untrust something neither ever had towards on another before until this moment. Ueda broke the gaze first as he cast his eyes downwards towards the floor tiles. A burning sensation filled his chest and moved through out his body as Nakamaru’s shoes then left Ueda’s vision.
“Goodbye…Nakamaru….” Ueda thought as tears stung his eyes joining Jin in at his side in pain.
