Birth!

I write this entry while sitting next to my sleeping son, who six days ago surprised us, by being born a little over 6 weeks early. There are not enough words in either Armenian or English to adequately describe the emotions that my wife and I have experienced through the beginning of this adventure, but I'll do my best

Guess those Braxton Hicks weren't such a tease after all. :-) Babies decide their birthday and he picked NYE. Its something we just can't control. He looks really healthy for his age and hopefully you can take him home soon! What are the doctors predicting for a homecoming?

Thank you! Ha! The Braxton Hicks were definitely not a tease. He is doing really well, and we hope that he comes home sooner than later.

For now, they're going to give him until his due date to pass three requirements, but we all suspect that he'll accomplish them much sooner.
