Summary: they were stupid for not pulling Himchan up the copter because they should had.

"Boys, go!" Himchan shot some people as Youngjae and Jongup drag Yongguk into the copter.
"HIMCHAN GET IN!"
"STEP ON IT DAEHYUN!" he shouted one last time.
"HIMCHAN! GET THE FUCK IN!"
Yongguk watched as Himchan threw a grenade at the enermy and Himchan shot more people, the view of his loved one becoming smaller and smaller. Fist on the glass as Jongup and Youngjae makes sure he doesn't jump out. Daehyun and Zelo who were the pilots looked at each other.
"FUCK! THERE'S A FIRE! HIMCHAN!" There was an explosion and the whole place was set ablaze. Yongguk slammed his fist on the glass and slid down,"Fuck. Fuck all this, Kim Himchan. Fuck all of this."
No one could calm Yongguk back down and no one could make him stop swearing the rest of the ride home.

The week later and the five of them gets awarded for saving lives, they destroyed the place where illegal weaponaries were made and they were given the titles of saviours of the nation. Yongguk stared at everything blankly, from the start were they were being treated to when the President shook his hand.
"Congratulations," the President said after pinning the badge on him and shaking his hand. Yongguk only nodded and pull his hand away making the President look at him with an eyebrow higher than the other.
Then the President came to know about the only member who didn't make it. She looked at Yongguk and understood, it was his partner.
In every group or team there was always a partner for everyone. In this case, Youngjae was with Daehyun, Jongup with Zelo and Yongguk with Himchan, the last one didn't make it hence their team was not complete.
"Look at the bright side hyung. No more nagging."
"I want the naggings back."
"No more fussing around?"
"It's those fussing arounds which got us all back alive."
"No more over thinking."
"If he didn't over think about those weapons we'll be dead by now."
"Oh come on. Now there's no one who's going to boss you around anymore. Cheer up, hyung. Besides, what's the worst that could happen to us?" Yongguk took a deep breath and walked away.

The gang was given a break and everyone went back to their respective homes, Yongguk on the other hand dragged his feet to Himchan's house. He told them he'll tell them himself.
So when Hanuel saw that Yongguk came back alone and not with Himchan while he was carrying two bags, she started crying immediately.
"He.. Where is my brother, Yongguk?" Yongguk looked to his feet,"WHERE IS HIMCHAN, BANG YONGGUK?"
He shook his head,"He told us to get into the copter and covered for us. There was an explosion and he..."
"He didn't make it? WHY DIDN'T YOU GO BACK TO SAVE HIM?" she shouted, her voice cracked but who cares! Her brother is dead! She shook her head,"Out. Out! Get out of my house! GET OUT!"
Yongguk bowed to her and left the house. He never felt so horrible in his life before. He went back to his apartment and plopped himself on the coach, wait? His apartment? This is used to be their apartment, the duo would come home after a long day of work and they would cuddle on the coach until on of them fell asleep and the other would carry - or in Himchan's case drag- them to the bed. If it weren't for that stupid incident where by Himchan outsmarted the criminal and Yongguk accidentally punched the other criminal making the police be able to arrest them.
It was a normal day, Himchan and Yongguk went grocery shopping and they were walking to the next shop when the alarm blew off. Himchan pointed to the shop to take cover while Yongguk said about the emergency stairs instead.
"Andwe! Shop!"
"Stairs!"
"Shop!" Himchan whined.
"Channie, the stairs is right over there!" Yongguk stretched his arm out pointing to the stairs and SMACK! he smacked someone in the face. The male dropped backward and his nose was bleeding,"Oh mai gawd. I'm so sorry!"
"HOLD HIM DOWN!" a security guard shouted. Himchan and Yongguk blinked at the guard and at the guy. Technically they didn't need to hold him down cause he's already unconscious on the ground.
Another criminal came shooting and Himchan blinked. The bullet almost hit Yongguk and former snapped.
"You! How dare you?" he shoved the bags to Yongguk and started shouting at the criminal that even the guards were shocked. Himchan chased the male and within 15 minutes, Himchan was pushing his head towards Yongguk, shouting at him and scolding him.
"Geez! Arrest me already! Take me away from this nagging monster! Make him shut up already!"
Himchan and Yongguk were called in by the military the following week.
Yongguk was done with shower and again he plopped himself on the coach, beer in hand. He looked up his sofa and sighed. He recalled the first time Himchan and himself was called into military and they went through training.
The older male had no problems seeing as his dad and granddad were in the military but Himchan was one hell of soldier. He had looks, he somehow had the skills, he was good with guns and heck! He was actually smarter than he looks! He was good and the two of them were under a special training force. Another pair joined them, Youngjae who was a Doctor and Daehyun a soldier joined into the training and the four them became a team. Another two youngsters came in as well after that, Zelo was a computer genius while Jongup was a weaponary geek. Together they were hired to be in the military special force and they were sent out the first time for an assignment.
Even at the first assignment, Himchan got them out of there safely. Well technically injured but all made it out alive. Their second assignment and they got better and better at this.
After about 4 years of being in the military and they are called to be sent on an emergency operation. Yes, BAP was a secret force, they lived the lives of average people but they were on call for the military. So when Himchan was phoned at 3am in the morning, he groaned, wide eyed and shook the naked Yongguk up, screaming about getting the other boys. Yongguk grunted and in the end was kicked out of bed by Himchan and the named lump hugged himself and his tigger into a ball.
"Bang Yongguk! Get up, go wash yourself and get dressed! We're need to gather the rest!" Himchan hissed. The male phoned the rest of them and within half an hour, Himchan picks each and everyone of them in his car. All groggy and sleepy on the way to headquarters.
Himchan and Yongguk shook them all up again and carefully steered them to the meeting room. Bags all thrown to the floor and bodies laying lifelessly on the chairs. When the General entered the room, Zelo was drolling on the table, Jongup sleeping with his head to the back, Daehyun was snoring and Youngjae was mumbling incoherent nonsense while sleeping. Himchan looked kind of tired and Yongguk was now wide awake, smirking at his boyfriend.
"I told you we shouldn't had done it!" Himchan whispered.
"But you were the one who..." The general cleared her throat and everyone blinked sleepily at him. Zelo was kicked to be awaken by Yongguk while Himchan nudged Jongup to stop him from breaking his neck.
"Alright, kids. You've been called in for an emergency operation. You'll have to take out this person." by the time the general was done explaining, everyone was wide awake,"Any questions?"
"When do we start?" Himchan asked.
Yongguk shut his eyes, a tear rolling down his cheek.
"What ever happens," Himchan said,"Remember what the General said. Take out the people we need to take out and complete the mission." the younger ones looked at him,"And that means if any of us gets shot, just report and complete the mission finish. Me and Yongguk will settle it. You don't need to worry about us, Yonggukkie wouldn't die that easily." Himchan joked to reduce the tension. The rest chuckled at that and nodded.
"On three. One two three, YES SIR!"
And that's how they started the mission. The boys entered the said place, hacking and jamming the entire security system and entering red zone. They found the main room and entered it, placing TNT around flammable places and a timer with a lighter.
It took them four places to be cleared before the enermy found them. Then the shooting started, the running started and they almost got killed, almost.
Zelo was shot in the arm, Youngjae barely made it alive, Yongguk had a bullet cut across his face and bleeding his face dry, Daehyun broke his arm and Jongup was bleeding everywhere, cuts from the explosion. It was Himchan who got them all out alive, it was Himchan who dangerously entered the control centre and placed the TNT in the middle, it was Himchan was pulled Youngjae out of the place flinging him to Yongguk, it was Himchan who threw his bag towards Jongup so that his head would be covered from the explosion, it was Himchan who killed the guy who shot Zelo, it was Himchan who stabbed the guy who broke Daehyun's hand and it was Himchan who got Yongguk out of that stupid dead end alive. Himchan did it all, even if he was stabbed in the gut, even if he was bleeding like mad, even when his fingers were slightly trembling from killing so many people, even if he was worried himself, even if he had no way out, he had to save them all.
Because he promised them he would.
And that's why he made Daehyun enter the helicopter, made Zelo send for help, kicked Youngjae up, pushed Jongup out and covered him and lastly forced Yongguk up the copter. He knew he wouldn't make it anyways, he lost too much blood and even if he enters the copter he'll die anyways. Himchan clicked the button as he was shot and the whole place exploded.
Yongguk sobbed in his hand. Beer can crushed in his iron grip and the beer overflowing to the ground.
"I'm Kim Himchan. Commander." the others laughed.
"If you're commander then I'm the General." Yongguk said.
"I'm Caporal!"
"Captain!"
"I want to be the Captain!" Jongup smiled only as his team laughed at all the stupid jokes they say after succeeding a mission.
But this after mission was filled with silence.
Because Himchan didn't make it. He was far too busy saving their ass and they were far to busy to save their own ass to realise it.
Everyone cried to be honest. They all sobbed at their stupidity for not dragging Himchan up, they all could of course they could! If Himchan could survive that bullet in his gutt why not them? It's not like they've never done something as stupid as this! I mean like come on! Their fist fights get even more violent than this most of the times too! But they didn't. And they were stupid, just so selfish and stupid.
Bang Yongguk didn't go back to the military nor respond to their calls after that. They stopped calling him after awhile and after Team BAP was closed down. The kids still contact him to make sure he's alright, each and everyone of them going back to their lives.
Youngjae went back to being a doctor, Daehyun quit the military and worked as a chef, Jongup owned a toy shop while Zelo worked in a software company while he continued studying. Yongguk ran a cafe that Himchan always wanted to open and he even named it after him.
Five years after the whole incident and the gang meets up at Yongguk's cafe. The general appeared too, along with the new general who is also a lady and she's really really pretty.
"So Yongguk, don't you think Jieun is pretty? She's definately your type."
"Hyosung noona, you know I'm not that kind of guy."
"Oh come on! It's been six years, Yongguk! Get over him already! Move on and take this pretty lady out for dinner." Yongguk shook his head.
"We were suppose to get married, Hyosung." the six of them stared at him,"The night before the gather. I proposed to Himchan and well, we were suppose to go sign our marriage certificate the next morning with Himchan's sister and my twin brother as witness."
"Oh god. I'm so sorry."
"Nah. It's okay. I'm okay, surviving."
"Well, hyung did say you wouldn't go down that easily." Youngjae said. Daehyun butted in and immediately changed the topic, he started rambling about how they're letting his food go to waste by waiting for it to cool down. Zelo started eating and they all talked the night away.

"General-nim. Where are you? You told me to come here four hours ago!"
"Oh shit." she said,"Oh mai gawd. I totally forgot about it. We changed places."

"Could you swing by the the cafe called KHC over at west side?"

"Erm, well the cafe is called ChanChan Coffee house. It's a safe spot and it's called code name KHC."
"Ah. So it's a cafe." there was a pause.
"No he doesn't know yet."

"So come quickly."

"I'm waiting, 0427."
"Aishhh!" and she hung up the phone. The others looked at her and she smiled.
"A surprise, General?"
"Not really." Jieun smiled at her while the rest continue talking.

Yongguk saw a figure outside his cafe, a familiar figure with the same foxy eyes, pufferfish cheeks, infamous pout and that same body. He rubbed his eyes and looked at his cup, he swore he's not drunk and so were the others around him. Then the male entered the cafe, walked towards them and they all froze.
"Oh Fuck." Zelo swore.
"I'm not drunk right?" Daehyun looked at his wine glass.
"No. Hell no. That's impossible. The the explosion and and... Oh no." Jongup sluttered. Youngjae just wide eyed at him.
"I knew you were alive but I didn't know you'll be this fucking close." Youngjae said.
Then Hyosung injected,"This is Bang Himchan. He just migrated to Korea."
Himchan smiled at them and then towards Yongguk.
"How?" Yongguk whispered.
"I, erm, took cover and jumped into sea during the explosion. A fisherman dragged me up his boat and I was rushed to the hospital through a copter. It was in Japan boarders so I was brought there. I was in coma for about two years before I finally got up and when I did, that lady over there almost killed me again. I've been moving around in Japan since."
"And your identity?"
"I'm Bang Himchan. Born in Korea but raised in Japan. Married, no kids."
"Married?" Yongguk said.
"Well, technically we haven't officialised it yet."
Yongguk who was now standing next to him and he pulled him in a hug.
"Fuck you Himchan. Fuck you. I thought you died you asshole."
"Don't swear at your husband! I almost died cause of you!"
"Well the next time you do I'll kill you myself." and they hugged, well Himchan hugged while Yongguk sobbed.
"Do that to me again and I'll fucking destroy the entire military base." Himchan laughed at Yongguk's words and kissed him.

"I knew you were alive but I didn't know you'll be this fucking close." Youngjae said.
Then Hyosung injected,"This is Bang Himchan. He just migrated to Korea."
Himchan smiled at them and then towards Yongguk.
"How?" Yongguk whispered.
"I, erm, took cover and jumped into sea during the explosion. A fisherman dragged me up his boat and I was rushed to the hospital through a copter. It was in Japan boarders so I was brought there. I was in coma for about two years before I finally got up and when I did, that lady over there almost killed me again. I've been moving around in Japan since."
"And your identity?"
"I'm Bang Himchan. Born in Korea but raised in Japan. Married, no kids."
"Married?" Yongguk said.
"Well, technically we haven't officialised it yet."
Yongguk who was now standing next to him and he pulled him in a hug.
"Fuck you Himchan. Fuck you. I thought you died you asshole."
"Don't swear at your husband! I almost died cause of you!"
"Well the next time you do I'll kill you myself." and they hugged, well Himchan hugged while Yongguk sobbed.
"Do that to me again and I'll fucking destroy the entire military base." Himchan laughed at Yongguk's words and kissed him.
