'He quitted last Thursday. I'm your new therapist.'

Uruha stared blankly at the man sitting opposite him. The man looked at him weirdly from behind his glasses. The man scribbled something to his notebook. And Uruha quickly felt uncomfortable. He wasn't used to this. He was used to Aoi scribbling to his Metallica-notebook, and not to a old guy scribbling to his wine-red notebook. It felt like the whole progress that Uruha had made on these years would've shattered into small pieces.

"I understand you're feeling a bit uncomfortable, but once we get to know each other, you'll feel better, I promise." The man explained to Uruha. Uruha knew, that this guy was a professional. Probably even better than Aoi, because Aoi would've never left Uruha without getting a good replacement for himself. But this guy just wasn't...

... He just wasn't Aoi.

Uruha nodded his head, but then he grabbed his bag and stormed out of the room. He had nothing against this new guy, seriously. It was just that he wasn't Aoi.

Uruha ran out of the building, right into a pouring rain. He couldn't stop the tears from falling, and suddenly he heard a familiar voice of the receptionist at the clinic.

"He left a note for you." The old woman that Uruha had known for years said, and gave Uruha an white envelope. He read his name from it, written with the messy handwriting he knew.

He stuffed it to his pocket and bowed at the woman. Right after that he was running as fast as he could to get home, and read the note.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Kouyou, dear is it you?" He heard his mother's voice. He took his shoes off and walked to the kitchen. "Are you hungry, dear?"

"No, I'll go and do some homework now." And then he rushed upstairs, to his room.

He quickly took the envelope from his pocket and opened it.

Takashima-san, or Uruha. As you prefer it.

I'm sorry I frightened you with my activities when we last met. It's just that during these years, I've started caring you in a way that a therapist shouldn't care for his patient. I waited everytime for Wednesday's to come by quicker, so that I could see your angelic-like face and hear your smooth, tender voice. I know I shouldn't be talking like this. Sorry.

I guess I was wrong when I thought that you also had feelings for me.

And now, that I've made a mistake, I can't possibly continue as your therapist. Or continue as anyone's therapist.

Lastly, I'd still like to talk to you. We could still.. I mean, argh. I don't know.

If you want to see me.. Please come next Wednesday around 8pm. to the station near the clinic?

Aoi.

Uruha kept on looking at the last line, though the thought of what time it was distracted him away from the letter. He glanced once at the clock on his wall, seeing that it was already 7.30pm. If he would go now, he would be in time.

But what if he was scared to death of seeing Aoi? It would be awkward, and Uruha would probably cry. And what if Aoi was again as cold as he often was when they talked.

Uruha honestly didn't know what to do.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Ten minutes later Uruha found himself watching out from the window of the train. 15 minutes until he'd reach the spot where he was supposed to meet Aoi. He was scared, anxious but at the same time excited too. He didn't know what he was going to say to him. Hell, he had ever met up with Aoi anywhere else than at the clinic.

When the train stopped, Uruha got up. He fixed his hair a bit and walked out, his legs suddenly feeling so much heavier. Then he saw him. Nope, it couldn't be Aoi. A black leatherjacket, lightblue jeans which looked like that someone would have ripped them in pieces and a cigarette between his lips. But yes, it definitely was Aoi.

Aoi saw Uruha, and started walking towards him. He threw the cigarette away and put his hands to his pockets. Uruha walked too, slowing down his steps a bit.

When Aoi approached him, he didn't know what to say. And he assumed that Aoi was just as nervous as he was, because he hadn't said anything else but "Hi". Which Uruha had replied to with a nod.

Aoi suggested that they'd walk into a park which was near the station, so that they could get some peace that they could talk things trough. Uruha just nodded, following Aoi closely.

It took a while for them to find a bench to sit on, but when they finally did, Uruha sat down and Aoi was standing in front of him.

"I knew that this was going to be awkward, but I didn't know that it would be THIS awkward." Aoi chuckled, taking a cigarette from the pack he had just pulled out from his pocket. Uruha watched closely as Aoi lighted his cancerstick, taking the first breath and then blowing the smoke from his mouth.

"Can I have one of those?" Uruha suddenly asked. He had no idea why he had asked Aoi for a cigarette. He had never even tried smoking before.

"Since when have you been smoking?" Aoi raised his eyebrow and took another breath of his cigarette.

"Can I have one or not?" Uruha demanded, and Aoi only shrugged, pulling the pack from his pocket again and opening it for Uruha. Hesitatingly, Uruha took one of those and put it between his lips.

"I assume that you need a light too." Aoi said and clicked his lighter. Uruha mimicked Aoi's actions from what he had been watching a minute ago. But when he breathed in the smoke, he got an enormous cough-attack which made Aoi laugh like crazy. Uruha had never seen Aoi laughing before, but in this situation he would've rather liked if Aoi wouldn't have laughed.

"I'm sorry, it just looked so cute." Aoi said and smiled lovingly down at Uruha.

Uruha smiled up at Aoi. And suddenly the whole awkwardness was gone.
