Ahh, tutorials...
Don't you just love it when you find graphics tutorials that are easy to adapt for not-Photoshop and take about 20 minutes to do? XD
But then I realised that I don't have a paid account/a proper website and the banner is the wrong size for Bebo, so this is going on my LJ for anyone else to take and use.

Credits for textures/techniques/tutorial used are here and I don't remember where the brushes are from except that I think that site's been dead for a while. And I have no idea where I got the render or who that character is. orz
