(no subject)
I thought today was going to suck, honestly. I only managed to get three hours (interrupted) sleep last night, due to the insomnia I've been getting lately, and I had to roll out of bed at 6.30 am to go to work for a fun-packed nine hours which I was most definitely not looking forward to. It's not that I mind long days (I got pretty used to it working for One), but I can't say work has been particularly good so far or anything. ¬_¬ (And I only bloody started on Wednesday. Dude.) Plus, I really hate getting up early. XD I'm awful at it.
It wasn't so bad in the end, of course. The morning dragged like hell, but the afternoon was okay... :3 Admittedly the highlight was reading some Discworld for half an hour on my lunch break, but hey.
When I got home, I found out that Mum had managed to get down to the PO depot this morning to pick up a parcel for me that I didn't think I'd be able to get until Wednesday (goddamn it Royal Mail why must you strike so much? x_X). Yay~! ^__^ Shiny new loli shoes! *prances*
Now I need to go and get something to eat, because all I've had so far today is a sandwich and I'm absolutely starving... XD
