Gah. Reading Victoria's post, and the people's comments on it, I'd like to say this, as DELICATELY as I can:

It's just SUMMER. JUST. STINKING. SUMMER. Holy crap, it sucks, so what?! I've been beaten over summer vacation, I've cut myself, contemplated suicide, been through several near divorces, beaten again, screaming matches, mental breakdowns, failing classes, fights, with friend and family--SUMMER. SUCKS, RIGHT?
LIFE sucks. Okay?! It'll be over soon enough! It's hard, yeah! But you CAN make the best of it and I'm sick and tired of people getting mad at other people who try to harmlessly express their opinion about ANYTHING.
Good Lord, just RELAX.
