Hey sandwich shop person, would you like some candy?
Ok, I need someone to tell me if this is too weird.
I go to the same place nearly every day for lunch. And I show up at about the same time, and order the same thing. It's gotten to the point that, when there's a long line the employees will sneak my sandwich toward the front of the line so I don't have to wait. When they aren't busy, sometimes they (apparently) make a game of getting my sandwich made between the time they see my car pull in and the time I get to the counter.
Would it be too weird to give them a box of candy to share? Maybe for Halloween? Something like Lindt, maybe. A little bit expensive without being snooty.
