
The picture is terrible, I shouldn't really post it anywhere - nevertheless, there it is. I had chickpea balls (boil chickpeas with garlic, mash and blend, add black pepper, salt, turmeric, roll in boiled quinoa, shallow fry) with a warm side dish that literally consists of stuff I just happened to have (gnocchi, red onions, couscous, green olives, some mixed veg from the freezer and dal; sprinkle with dark vinegar). It was more delicious than it probably seems. A cup of coffee for dessert.
